Student Donation Drive Form

Clubs and individual students are allowed to host donation drives to collect goods from the community. All drives need to be aligned with the LWHS mission statement.

As a reminder:

  • The Center hosts one donation drive a month.

  • Each drive is no longer than 14 school days (weekend days excluded).

  • You must check in with your organization/beneficiary to ensure this drive is informed by their needs.  

  • All donation materials must be cleared out of bins by the last day of the drive

POLICIES

  1. After filling out this form, all donation drives need to be approved by The Center before advertising around school or through the eTiger.  
  2. This form must be completed at least 2 weeks before the start of the drive. 
  3. Students must have a contact organization or beneficiary that is receiving the goods from the drive. Requests with no prior contact with an organization will not be accepted. 
  4. Students are responsible for promoting their drive through eTiger, posters, and other means to ensure a successful drive. 
  5. Students cannot use donations drives for personal gain. 
  6. Students must arrange a form of pick-up or transportation for drive materials to get to their beneficiary in a timely manner. The Center is not responsible for transfer of donation materials
