Student Club Funding Request Form

PROCEDURE

All forms go to Director of Student Inclusion, Leadership and Civic Engagement, Christine Godinez.

  • Consult with your members to determine anticipated funding needs. 
  • If you anticipate needing more than allowed, plan fundraisers. 
  • A notification email will be sent a week after submission regarding final approval. 
  • Once approved, pay for the items by either: 
    • Schedule an appointment with Director of Student Inclusion, Leadership and Civic Engagement Christine Godinez to purchase items with school credit card.
    • Or request a check in advance to cover the cost.

  1. Clubs may not use funds toward the following:
    • Food at meetings
    • Personal gain
    • Club gear 
  2. Funding will be allocated to student organizations for individual events or programs that will most directly benefit LWHS students.
