The Vocal Music Program encourages students to explore their creativity through singing, develop healthy vocal production, refine the art of music making, reflect on self-created work, and to learn expression through song performance. In our chorus classes, students learn ensemble singing, exploring music from Renaissance to Contemporary, including Popular, Concert, and Folk styles. In our musical theatre classes, students learn vocal storytelling through classic, contemporary, and new musical theatre repertoire. Through the lens of vocal music, students learn about themselves, the world around us, and the art of collaboration.
