Student organizations and individuals are eligible to host events throughout the school year. All events must be approved by the Director of Student Inclusion, Leadership and Civic Engagement and need to be aligned with the LWHS mission.

Policies

This event form must be submitted at least two weeks before the event occurs.
If your event requires a switch in the schedule such as moving Tutorial before Lunch, you must submit a request at least three months before the event occurs. A switch in the schedule is not guaranteed.
All students planning an event will be required to meet with the Director of Student Inclusion, Leadership and Civic Engagement to receive final approval. The Director of Student Inclusion, Leadership and Civic Engagement will initiate a meeting within 24 hours of receiving this form.
