Transcript Request Form

Required

Transcript requests are processed every Wednesday. You must have your request in by 12pm that Wednesday to have it processed that week. Any requests that come in after 12 noon will be processed the following week.

Please note: Transcript requests are not processed over the two week Winter Break or the one week Spring Break. Please check the school calendar regarding specific dates of said breaks. Summer requests are processed every other week, beginning the week after graduation.
