Mission Statement

In a culture and community where whiteness is seen as the default, we believe in the importance of conversations addressing white privilege and supporting anti-racism. We aim to address the many facets of whiteness, including: addressing privilege, implicit bias, and white fragility; discussing books, essays, and media about race and whiteness; and understanding how to implement allyship and anti-racism into our daily lives.
