Mission Statement

AIF, Ad Ingenium Faciendum - Latin for Toward the Building of Character - is a student community of young men of color at Lick-Wilmerding designed to help navigate life at a predominately white private school, and unpack our common issues; our purpose is to provide the space and tools to enable young men of color to thrive in their time at LWHS, while creating connections that will last for life.
