Students, facstaff, families, and alumni—we hope you will join us on Friday evening, March 14 to celebrate creativity, community, and LGBTQ+ allyship! The idea for this event came from students in our GSA (Gender Sexuality Alliance) and our LGBTQIA+ Family Network as a way to come together and show support and solidarity with the transgender community. We are excited to hold an auction of the featured art: all proceeds from the auction will be donated to the Transgender Law Center, a national organization that fights legal battles and advocates for members of the transgender community.
Please RSVP and join us from 6-8pm in the LWHS Lobby and the Ann Maisal Cafe to enjoy food, music, community, and incredible art, all for a great cause! We hope to see you there!
Want to support the Trans community but can't attend in person? Please consider either donating art (donations open until March 7th) or contributing to our TLC fundraising page.
