San Francisco Ignite Leadership in Youth (SFILY) is a LWHS student-created non-profit founded by Emily ’23, Ethan ’23, and Alia ’23. The primary goal of SFILY is to provide middle school students in San Francisco, particularly those who are underserved, with the necessary skills and knowledge to become influential leaders, advocates for social justice, and critical thinkers. By empowering young minds with these valuable tools, SFILY hopes to create a more inclusive and equitable society where all individuals have a fair chance to thrive.
