Created to challenge students to rethink existing systems and create solutions to help others, Elsa designed the Hello Maker carts to benefit public school students and nonprofit organizations who may not have access to these materials and encourage design thinking. The program offers workshops and classes to provide students with tools to manage frustration, work in collaboration, and solve problems, preparing them for a dynamic workforce.
