Leadership Teams
The administrative leadership teams serve the families of Lick-Wilmerding High School in a variety of capacities. Using their very capable "heads and hands," the teams are responsible for ensuring that all operations of the school run smoothly and that the needs of the students and their families are met on a daily basis. But the real "heart" of what they do is implementing the LWHS mission in the day-to-day running of the school.

The Operations Team oversees the school’s infrastructure, financial resources, facilities, technology, and development for the school.

Each team meets once every rotation and the full administration meets once a month. There is a very strong commitment to the mission of the school, and the administration uses the mission as its guide post for all decision making.
